Scheduled Day Tours

For all scheduled day tours operated by 4x4 Adventures Iceland:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are considered cancellations made after departure and are charged in full with no refund.

Private Groups

For private group bookings, the following cancellation terms apply:

No-Shows

Any guest or group that fails to arrive for the booked tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the booking value.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Force Majeure

4x4 Adventures Iceland reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date, tour, or a full refund where applicable.

4x4 adventures iceland may use Personal Data for marketing, promotional purposes and market analysis. When you sign up for offers, purchase services or book flights with 4x4 adventures iceland, you consent to be contacted for marketing purposes on a regular basis.

4x4 adventures iceland is permitted to direct marketing material towards parties which have agreed to the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether they have been registered as objecting to having their names being used for marketing purposes via the National Registry of Iceland. However, I4x4 adventures iceland customers may always opt out of receiving marketing material from the company. 4x4 adventures iceland is always permitted to contact customers with direct information related to particular transactions, even if they have been registered as objecting to having their names being used for marketing purposes via the National Registry of Iceland and also opted out of receiving marketing material from the company.
