10% booking fee no refundable on all bookings.

For schedule tours: You can cancel all our day tour within 48 hours and get 90% refund we take 10% for all the work that takes booking and canceling your tour, if you cancel less than 48 hours no refund will be given 1-8pax)

0-48 hours no refund 48 hours or more 90% refund

For groups 8 pax or more in schedule: Three days or less no refund Less than 1 week 50% refund

Private groups 9 pax or more: Less than 6 weeks and more than 4 weeks: 75% refund Less than 4 weeks and more than 2 weeks: 20% refund Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: no refund

Private tours 1-8 pax: two weeks or more 90% refund, less than two weeks no refund.

 

No shows are fully charged.
